Basketball has always been more than just a game for me; it’s been a way of life. From playing college basketball at Adamson University in the Philippines to going semi-pro across Malaysia, Thailand, and Brunei, my journey has taught me that success doesn’t happen overnight — it’s earned with consistency, patience, and a strong work ethic.
After years of playing at a competitive level, from UAAP College Basketball to international semi-pro circuits and men's leagues, my passion evolved into coaching. Through DGA Skills & Training, I’ve helped athletes sharpen their skills and unlock their full potential. Every day at DGA is a chance to help you trust your process and work toward becoming 1% better.

Geoffrey Gonzaga is not just an Assistant Coach; he’s a trusted advisor and key mentor to Coach Harold.
With his background in college volleyball, Geoffrey brings a wealth of team sports experience, which he applies to coaching basketball with passion and precision. His deep understanding of teamwork, strategy, and leadership translates seamlessly into the court, where he coaches the NCBC Thunders in community basketball.
Geoffrey is dedicated to helping players improve, instilling discipline, and fostering a love for the game. His commitment to developing young athletes makes him an invaluable asset to the team and a true inspiration to everyone he coaches.

Coach RK Morales is a former standout player who overcame early setbacks to lead the San Sebastian Staglets to a championship in 2005. A versatile guard, RK went on to play in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) with Imus-Luxxe Slim.
Beyond basketball, he served as a frontliner with the Philippine Air Force during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now a coach, RK brings his rich experience and passion for the game to the Daily Grind Academy, inspiring the next generation of players with his dedication, leadership, and resilience.
